Cargotec (Nasdaq Helsinki: CGCBV) was a Finnish cargo handling company formed in June 2005 from the demerger of Kone Corporation, comprising three business areas: Kalmar (port automation), Hiab (load handling), and MacGregor (marine cargo). In June 2024, Cargotec completed a partial demerger spinning off Kalmar as an independent company listed on Nasdaq Helsinki (KALMAR).

The remaining Cargotec entity was renamed Hiab Corporation in 2025, focusing on on-road load handling equipment. Cargotec's 2022 sales totalled approximately EUR 4 billion with around 11,500 employees.
