Princeton Digital Group (PDG) is a Singapore-headquartered pan-Asian datacenter operator founded in 2017 to build hyperscale and enterprise capacity across the region's fastest-growing digital economies. It operates facilities in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Japan, and China, serving hyperscale cloud providers, internet platforms, and large enterprises.
PDG was capitalized by Warburg Pincus as a platform investment and has since drawn additional equity from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Mubadala. Its portfolio has scaled from a handful of acquired IO campuses in Indonesia toward a multi-gigawatt footprint through a combination of greenfield builds and bolt-on acquisitions, positioning it among the largest independent operators in Southeast Asia.
