YTL AI Cloud is the NVIDIA-powered GPU cloud of Malaysia's YTL Power International, formed in 2024 and operating from the YTL Green Data Center Park in Kulai, Johor. Built directly with NVIDIA, it runs liquid-cooled GB200 NVL72 Grace Blackwell systems (originally specified on H100) on a roughly 600 MW, solar-supported campus, and hosts Malaysian sovereign-AI workloads including the national Ilmu LLM.
The NVIDIA partnership has been reported at around US$2.3B. It is a unit of the diversified YTL conglomerate rather than a pure-play neocloud.
