Astrobotic's review-board teleconference on its Peregrine Mission One (January 2024). The mission failed: a propellant leak shortly after launch left the lander unable to reach the Moon, and it was steered to a controlled reentry and burned up. No landing occurred; the autonomous-landing capability was an intended pre-flight claim, never demonstrated. Astrobotic did not self-host launch or landing footage, so this transparent post-mortem is the only Peregrine video on its channel.
