Overview
Tektronix, Inc. is an American test and measurement equipment manufacturer best known for its oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal testing instruments. Founded in 1946 in Portland, Oregon, it invented the world's first triggered oscilloscope and has been a leader in electronic test equipment for eight decades.
Now a subsidiary of Ralliant, spun off from Fortive, Tektronix instruments are used across the physical AI ecosystem — validating autonomous vehicle electronics, robotics power systems, and semiconductor designs.
